Where we ship

We ship from Hangzhou, China to the United States, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Standard shipping is currently $8.99 to the United States, $6.99 to Europe and $4.99 to Southeast Asia. Orders of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Rates may be updated when carrier pricing changes.

Processing and delivery times

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Typical transit time is 6–12 business days to the United States, 6–10 business days to Europe and 6–8 business days to Southeast Asia. Remote areas, customs inspection and holidays can add time.

Tracking and order updates

After dispatch, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take 1–3 days to show the first scan. Contact us if tracking has not updated for 7 business days.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless local law or the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Returns and damaged items

Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to request return instructions. Items should be unused, unaltered and in original condition. For damaged or incorrect items, send your order number and clear photos as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping responsibility and any exclusions will be confirmed before a return is approved.
