We identify the material and any treatment on each product page. Natural stones can vary in color, clarity, texture and pattern, so every piece is unique.

Measure your wrist snugly where you normally wear a bracelet, then choose the closest size listed on the product page. Contact us before ordering if you need help.

How should I care for crystal jewelry?

Keep jewelry dry, avoid perfume and harsh chemicals, wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, and store each piece separately.

Where do you ship?

We ship from Hangzhou, China to the United States, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia. Available methods and prices are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is 6–12 business days for the United States, 6–10 business days for Europe, and 6–8 business days for Southeast Asia. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Are payments secure?

Payments are processed by the selected payment provider. We do not store your full card number or security code on our website.

What is your return policy?
